How much laundry does the Laundurette laundry bag hold?The Laundurette bag has a capacity of 72L and measures 40x30x60 cm.

What kind of laundry can I send?We handle everyday laundry, including clothes, towels, and bedding, anything that can be machine washed and dried. At this time, we do not process dry cleaning or specialty fabrics.

Do you separate light & dark-colored laundry?Yes, of course! You just book the pickup and everything else is taken care of for you. We separate your lights and darks, turn piles of laundry into pristine stacks of perfectly folded fresh laundry.

What if I have special instructions for my laundry?You can add special instructions when scheduling your pickup, such as preferred detergent, temperature settings, or fabric care preferences.

Will I be charged if I cancel my subscription?If you cancel before your next billing cycle, you won’t be charged further. However, any pending charges for services already provided will still apply.
