We provide laundry pickup, cleaning, and delivery services as requested by the customer.
Service availability may vary based on location and schedule.
Customers must ensure all items handed over are suitable for the cleaning process selected.
3. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for accurately describing items handed over for cleaning (e.g., fabric type, stains, or special care instructions).
Items left in pockets or attached to garments (e.g., money, jewelry) are the customer's responsibility. Laundurette is not liable for the loss of such items.
4. Pickup & Delivery
Delivery times are approximate and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must be present at the agreed location and time for pickup or delivery unless prior arrangements have been made.
Unattended drop-offs must be pre-authorized, and Laundurette is not responsible for items after delivery.
5. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is displayed on our website or communicated at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change.
Payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed.
Failure to make payment may result in service delays or cancellation.
6. Damage or Loss
Laundurette is committed to providing high-quality service and taking care of your items. However, in the unlikely event of damage or loss, the following terms apply:
Laundurette is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, items not suitable for the cleaning process, or inaccurate care instructions provided by the customer.
If an item is damaged due to our negligence, Laundurette will assess the situation and offer compensation. This may include repair or reimbursement based on the current value of the item rather than its purchase price. Compensation amounts will be fair and reflect standard practices in the Netherlands.
For items of high value or requiring specific care, we recommend informing us in advance to ensure proper handling.
Limitations of Liability:
Laundurette cannot accept liability for inherent fabric defects or damage caused by normal wear and tear during cleaning processes.
Items with missing or incorrect care labels are cleaned at the customer's risk.
Process for Claims:
Customers must report any damage or loss within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting evidence (e.g., photographs).
Claims will be evaluated, and resolutions may include repair, replacement, or compensation up to a reasonable value of the item.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
Refunds are not provided for cancellations made after this period.
8. Prohibited Items
The following items are not accepted:
Hazardous materials.
Items with severe damage or stains requiring specialized cleaning processes not offered by Laundurette.
9. Privacy and GDPR
Data Collection and Use: Laundurette collects personal data such as your name, contact details, and address solely for the purpose of providing services.
Data Protection: Your personal data is securely stored and processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applicable in the European Union and the Netherlands.
